...with almost 160 years of history. It is in an annex to 450 m from the Maison Brun hotel (at the following address: 425 Route de Romans - Les Fauries 38840 Saint-Lattier) where our gastronomic restaurant is located.
Taste the simple, authentic and generous cuisine of Chef Denis Brun in one of the three rooms of the restaurant or on the panoramic terrace, in the shade of the hundred-year-old trees.
Denis Brun skilfully works with regional products in a cuisine that combines traditions, emotions and touches of modernity. With its unique atmosphere, its recipes between land and sea, flavours of today and yesterday, the restaurant of the Maison Brun is without doubt one of the best tables in the region.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, Thursday evenings and all day Monday. We welcome groups and business meals in our three rooms with a capacity of 90 covers.
